Unsung Heroes contains dozens of historical and locality photos (all black and white).  Pictured here is the cover photo, a contemporary shot of Flathead Crossing, where early pioneers forded the Snake River before the Eagle Rock Ferry and Bridge were constructed in the 1860’s.
